Yes, on orders over $75 we provide FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
How long does it take to get my order?
Processing time may vary in the demand and the stock of our products. All items generally take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. After that, the item will generally arrive within 5-10 days for shipments within Europe and 5-25 days for international shipments. Although, there can be exceptions in which it takes more time. Please email us if in doubt about your order.
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
An email notification will be sent to you once we ship your order.
What is the store's cancellation policy?
To cancel a product, please contact us immediately at our contact page or e-mail: email@example.com. We will try to respond to all emails within 48 hours. If the order is placed by our designers, your order cannot be canceled.
What is the return policy?
If a product has a defect, you can return it within 31 workdays, you will receive a gift card for the amount of your purchase. Please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through our contact page. Additional fees to return the products will be on your own account.
What if the package has been sent back?
Customers are responsible for giving us the right address and checking their mailbox. It is possible that the carrier wasn't able to deliver the package and left a note. If the customer then doesn't take action or we received a wrong address, we sadly can't give a refund.
Where is Nonboxx established?
Nonboxx is established in the Netherlands. Although we have different distributors for our products so that we can always choose the distributor which is nearest to you. In case you ordered multiple items, it can happen that the items reach you at different dates, don't worry, as they for sure will get to you.
